The Centennial Celebration Committee (CCC), a group of dedicated private citizens, has been leading the effort in creating this book. Meet the members:
Kevin Szcodronski, director: Served as the director of the state parks from 2003 to 2013.
Ann Raisch: Former Iowa Parks Foundation and Trees Forever board member.
Mark Ackleson: Former president of the Iowa Natural Heritage Foundation and member of the Iowa Parks Foundation and Land Trust Alliance.
Gerald Schnepf: Founding president of the Iowa Natural Heritage Foundation and current executive director of Keep Iowa Beautiful.
